REDC continually strives to improve on current practices of the industry. Our programmes incorporate rich and diverse cases from leading business schools around the world to impart best practices with an aim to enrich learning. To provide regional and local perspective, we use local case studies making the whole learning experience much more relevant to our participants.
We encourage diversity of views not only in the classroom but also on the kind of frameworks and models that are covered under each management discipline. Tapping into the expertise provided by the faculty of business school coupled with local and foreign industry experts, our portfolio ranges from Operation, Marketing, IT to areas of Personal Development, HR and Strategy. Having served on boards of different organization and provided consultancy services to innumerable others, our faculty are familiar with the challenges faced by the local and multinational organizations. It is with these valuable insights acquired from their prolific experience on the in-depth workings of the modern business coupled with their vast knowledge of the industry best practices, our programmes provide not only knowledge of academic principles and processes but also entail the tools and techniques for the practical application of these principles.

Knowing that learning is not only satisfied by modes that are instructive, but by methods that are necessarily experiential, REDC has adopted Case Teaching as the pedagogical methodology of the programmes. Case studies allow in-depth understanding of concepts and principles through real life situations in other organizations. The methodology involves interactive group and classroom discussions geared at enhancing the learning experience by shared understanding amongst the participants. This unique methodology employed by leading traditional and modern business schools enables the executives to critically analyze sensitive situations faced by organizations and to learn the tools and techniques or acquire skills for countering these challenges with dynamic solutions.
Having to compete with Business Schools and Executive Education Centers from around the globe, we aim to benchmark with the best in the world. We understand that the learning of concepts is not a key to successfully applying them. That is why, we supplement the case based learning with a use of other instructional methodologies including simulations, exercises, role plays etc. to further enrich the learning experience. The use of these methodologies enable the participants to apply the concepts learned and master the skill of problem solving and decision-making that is critical to handle real-life business issues.
We design our programmes after thorough analysis of the market needs and requirements assessed through in-house, sponsored or funded market research. We conduct detailed evaluation at the end of the course that provides the valuable feedback from the participants to further improve our future offerings. It is these measures and processes that allow us to ensure that our programmes meet to the demands of the prevailing time rather than operate as redundant and repetitive courses.
