Rausing Executive Development Centre, Lahore University of Management Sciences in collaboration with Jazz, presents "EMPOWER," an Executive Development Programme for Leadership. Aligned with Jazz's commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), this residential programme aims to empower executives in leadership roles, addressing perceived barriers and fostering significant contributions to business strategy. Open to external organisations, EMPOWER focuses on enhancing leadership traits, fostering workplace collaboration, leveraging the digital ecosystem, and providing cross-industry networking opportunities.

Selected participants will be able to benefit from the following:

- Attend a fully funded, 3-day long EMPOWER programme
- Avail single-occupancy accommodation within REDC-LUMS (inclusive of breakfast and dinner)
- Programme content, simulations, case studies, and guest speaker sessions with experts
- Networking opportunities with industry experts

“EMPOWER: Developing Leaders” will be built upon the following key areas of focus with a DE&I lens:

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Problem Solving: Leaders can find creative DE&I solutions to issues both anticipated and unanticipated. These solutions can encourage team members to get involved in the problem-solving process helping them feel like contributors instead of bystanders.

Virtual Leadership: Here, leaders can use their skills to build collaboration and camaraderie among employees who may rarely, if ever, share the same physical space.

Mentorship: The process of seasoned leaders personally guiding less-experienced managers through an organization’s leadership.

TEAM AND DIVERSITY
Conflict Resolution: Leaders can approach office conflicts as opportunities for growth and change rather than simply situations requiring de-escalations in a diversified and inclusive environment.

Trust Building: Establishing a culture of trust can allow leaders to collaborate with their teams more effectively promoting DE&I.

DIGITISATION
Digital Literacy: Introduce digital products that will help them become economically empowered.

The programme is designed for upper-senior level executives. Participants with 5-12 years of senior management experience can apply.
