“EMPOWER: Developing Leaders” will be built upon the following key areas of focus with a DE&I lens: Virtual Leadership: Here, leaders can use their skills to build collaboration and camaraderie among employees who may rarely, if ever, share the same physical space. Mentorship: The process of seasoned leaders personally guiding less-experienced managers through an organization’s leadership. Trust Building: Establishing a culture of trust can allow leaders to collaborate with their teams more effectively promoting DE&I. |
