The Management Development Programme (MDP) is our flagship executive programme that enables participants to expand their knowledge across all functional areas and develop a holistic management perspective. By integrating key functional disciplines, participants develop the capability to envision, influence, control and implement the strategic direction of the firm.

The objective of MDP is to create successful business leaders who can compete by leveraging their own and their organisations’ inherent strengths. Residing together at LUMS, the participants immerse themselves in a two week-long learning experience that has been engineered to be rigorous, real in context and transformational.

The Management Development Programme at LUMS enables the participants to integrate key functional areas in an organisation and drive a result-focused business strategy.
