This three-day executive programme is designed to help entrepreneurs and business leaders understand how climate change, sustainability imperatives, and technological advancements are reshaping industries and markets. Rather than viewing sustainability merely as a compliance obligation, the programme positions it as a source of innovation, resilience, efficiency, and competitive advantage.

The programme will examine global and local drivers of climate change and explore how businesses can respond through innovation-driven business models, cleaner technologies, circular production systems, and low-carbon operational practices. Participants will gain insights into emerging opportunities associated with electric mobility, renewable energy, smart technologies, net-zero transitions, and climate finance, while considering the challenges and trade-offs faced by developing economies such as Pakistan.

Drawing on examples from agriculture, manufacturing, mobility, hospitality, retail, logistics, and other sectors, the programme will demonstrate how organizations can improve resource productivity, enhance environmental performance, and identify new pathways for sustainable growth and industrial transformation.

During the programme, the participants will:

  • Understand climate change drivers, sustainability challenges, and their implications for businesses, industries, and economic development.
  • Explore innovation-driven business models and technologies including electric mobility, circular economy, renewable energy, and green technologies for sustainable growth and competitiveness.
  • Develop strategies that balance short-term business priorities with long-term sustainability and environmental stewardship goals.
  • Assess net-zero transition pathways, carbon footprint estimation approaches, and emerging opportunities in climate finance.
  • Evaluate opportunities for improving energy efficiency, circularity, resource productivity, recycling, and low-carbon operations across industries.
  • Examine the role of smart technologies, automation, and innovation in enhancing productivity, resilience, and environmental performance across value chains.
