LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Problem Solving: Leaders can find creative solutions to inclusivity issues both anticipated and unanticipated. These solutions can encourage team members to get involved in the problem-solving process helping them feel like contributors instead of bystanders. 
Inclusive Leadership: Here, leaders can use their skills to build collaboration and empathy among employees who may rarely, if ever, share the same physical space. 
Mentorship: The process of seasoned leaders personally guiding less-experienced managers through an organization’s leadership.


TEAM AND DIVERSITY
Conflict Resolution: Leaders can approach office conflicts as opportunities for growth and change rather than simply situations requiring de-escalations in a diversified and inclusive environment.
Trust Building: Establishing a culture of trust can allow leaders to collaborate with their teams more effectively promoting synergy in diverse teams.

DIGITISATION
Digital Literacy: Introduce digital inclusive products that will help them become economically empowered.
