In today’s fast-paced corporate environment, managers face critical decision-making scenarios amidst uncertainty and time pressure. Breaking down a problem and assessing the outcomes of different options is neither simple nor straightforward. Given the complexities, fostering innovative and high-quality problem-solving and decision-making is becoming inevitable for solid business performance and longevity.

This 4-day experiential programme will use a unique blend of case studies, role-plays, and experiential exercises to equip the participants with essential skills and techniques for high-quality decision-making and problem-solving. The hands-on approach will enable them to develop competencies in tackling complex problems, structuring objectives, understanding consequences, and making informed trade-offs.

The programme will ensure participants are adept at leveraging a user-centred approach and artificial intelligence for data analysis and predictive insights, leading them to make more informed and effective decisions.

During the programme, the participants will develop an understanding of;

  • Gain an understanding of rational decision-making principles and their application in various business contexts.
  • Learn techniques and tools for resolving complex problems effectively.
  • Develop skills in framing problems and evaluating alternatives using structured analytical frameworks.
  • Learn to decompose intricate decisions into manageable components and analyse alternatives to make rational trade-offs.
  • Understand the intricacies of group decision-making and how to lead and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Explore how AI and Generative AI can be leveraged to improve decision-making processes.
