Rausing Executive Development Centre, Lahore University of Management Sciences in collaboration with Jazz, presents "EMPOWER," an Executive Development Programme for Women Leadership. Aligned with Jazz's commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), this residential programme aims to empower women in leadership roles, addressing perceived gender barriers and fostering significant contributions to business strategy. Open to external organisations, EMPOWER focuses on enhancing leadership traits, fostering workplace collaboration, leveraging the digital ecosystem, and providing cross-industry networking opportunities.

 

 

EMPOWER will be built upon the following key areas of focus:

  • Owning your leadership voice and power towards building a personal identity and brand
  • Thinking and communicating strategically
  • Strengthening your relationships and networks
  • Utilising your Influence to constructively address bias and creating inclusive narrative
  • Developing Digital Intelligence

Selected participants will be able to benefit from the following: 

  • Attend a fully funded, 3-day long EMPOWER session
  • Avail single-occupancy accommodation within REDC-LUMS (inclusive of breakfast and dinner)
  • Programme content, simulations, case studies, and guest speaker sessions with experts
  • Networking opportunities with industry experts

 

 

 

The programme is designed for upper-senior level executives. Participants with 5-12 years of senior management experience can apply.

  • Travel cost to and from LUMS is not covered
